3. Client Obligations

• Use our services only for personal or business relocation purposes.
• Respect the confidentiality and proprietary nature of provided listings.

4. Pricing & Payment

Pricing is outlined on our website or provided by direct quote. Payments are to be made in full before service initiation unless agreed otherwise in writing.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Clients may request a refund under the following conditions:

• 100% refund — if canceled within 24 hours of payment and no service has commenced.
• 50% refund — if canceled after initial consultation but before property listings or coordination begins.
• No refund — after property shortlists or appointments have been provided or initiated.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@elitehavenone.com within 7 days of payment. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR Policy.

7. Liability

EliteHaven is not liable for property availability, condition, or any third-party arrangements. We serve as an advisory and coordination service and are not property brokers or legal representatives.

8. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the competent courts in the Canton of Fribourg.
